Release Date:2026-09-03

On September 2, 2026, a delegation led by Chen Yongping, Vice Dean of the Sino-German College of Engineering and Director of the Digitalization Program, visited Shanghai Yuming Technology to conduct a specialized assessment regarding talent requirements and academic program development. The primary objective of this visit was to advance school-enterprise collaborative education and ensure a precise alignment with the core competency requirements of the intelligent manufacturing sector.

During the symposium, both parties engaged in substantive discourse centering on two pivotal themes: "Corporate Strategic Development and Talent Acquisition Needs" and "Technical Proficiencies and Specialized Knowledge Prerequisites for Key Positions."

Drawing upon operational realities, representatives of our company provided an in-depth analysis of the current workforce configurations and practical competency standards essential for roles in digital design and manufacturing technologies. The academic delegation carefully evaluated the enterprise's frontline operational feedback and engaged in active deliberations on refining talent cultivation programs to better align classroom instruction with practical enterprise requirements.

This on-site engagement has significantly fortified mutual trust between the institution and the enterprise, establishing a robust foundation for future comprehensive collaboration in industry-academia integration. Looking ahead, Shanghai Yuming remains committed to partnering with major academic institutions to consistently deliver high-caliber, multidisciplinary technical professionals to the automation industry.
